Coverage
Haven Gear provides a two-year limited warranty on defects in manufacturing and materials from the original customer’s purchase date. Please submit any warranty claims to our website. Once approved, we will send out any replacement parts necessary. Haven Gear is dedicated to keeping you safe, we keep replacement parts on hand to ensure we can get them to you in a timely manner. Haven Gear is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with warranty replacements or repairs.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Physical injuries sustained while wearing Haven Gear equipment
- Bodily harm from self-inflicted causes or external forces
- Damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear
- Ballistic threats of any kind. Haven Gear riot protective equipment is not designed to stop bullets of any caliber.
Limitation of Liability
Except for the limitations specifically covered by the warranty statement above, in no event shall Haven Gear LLC, or parent company, or our third-party supplies be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or bodily damage or harm, whether based on contract or any other legal theory and whether advised of the possibilities of such damages.
There are no expressed warranties other than the warranty listed above. Physical, bodily damage or any kind of harm sustained while wearing our protective equipment, either self-sustained or caused by outside forces, is not covered under any kind of warranty.
Riot or protective equipment does not guarantee that you will not be injured in crowd control circumstances, falls, or any other situation where harm or injury can come to a person.
Our riot protective equipment is not made to stop bullets of any kind or caliber. It does not have any kind of ballistics rating and should not be used for that purpose.
How to File a Claim
To submit a warranty claim, contact us using the information below or use our online contact form. Include your proof of purchase and a description of the defect. Approved claims will receive replacement parts at no additional cost.
